1. Confirm payment received before generating any token.
2. Generate token only after payment is confirmed. Token is valid for 4 hours from generation time only.
3. Send the assessment link, not the raw token. The link embeds the token automatically.
4. If candidate does not start within 4 hours, generate a fresh token. Do not extend the old one.
5. Once an instrument is completed, the token cannot reopen it. A new token generates a fresh attempt.
6. Wellbeing suite tokens: mark as Confidential in the registry. Do not include in any candidate-facing correspondence.

Select the exact instrument from the dropdown. Enter candidate name, email, mobile, and organisation. Click Generate. The system creates a 4-hour instrument-locked token and embeds it in the assessment URL automatically.
Copy the WhatsApp message using the Copy WhatsApp button. Send it directly from your phone. Do not modify the link. The link carries the token embedded. Candidates should not be given the raw token — they do not need it.
On submission, results auto-email to rhfactor@rhfactor.in with full dimension scores and all individual responses. Airtable logs the record automatically. Check the Admin Panel for real-time results and export.
Wellbeing instruments (RHF-18 to RHF-22) are confidential. Results go to rhfactor@rhfactor.in only. No candidate-facing report is generated or shown. Do not include wellbeing instrument names in any correspondence visible to the candidate's employer without explicit written consent.
Executive Protection suite instruments use a separate token generator at ep_suite/ep_token_generator.html. Do not generate EP tokens from this page. EP pricing is separate and the composite report requires a practitioner session.
The RH Personality Factor Survey (Cattell 16PF-based) is listed in the platform and token generator but the assessment HTML file is pending build. Do not generate tokens for RHF-39 until the instrument file is confirmed live. Generating a token for an instrument with no live file will result in a 404 error for the candidate.
